Apio Sharon is 19 year—old orphan who grew up under the mercy of a step mother hailing from Omwonyo Gweno, Amogo parish Aleptong District born from a family of 06 children. In 2016, Sharon sat S.4 from St. Andrew, Lugazi where she didn’t perform to the expectation because of the living condition, environment and harsh treatment by the step mum – who through stigma viewed educating a girl and an impaired girl to be a waste of time and resources. Oyella Patience is 14 year old, total orphan who lives under the care of her grandmother who is diabetic and hypertensive in Pabit, Purongo Sub County, and Nwoya District. After losing her mother at birth efforts to trace her biological father since have hit a dead end. Ayot Sharon is 17 years old and resident of pawatomera village in Purongo Sub County, Nwoya District. She a total orphan who lost her parents at a tender age, due to HIV. This left her with overwhelming responsibilities of her four siblings and two of her children. Ayot works as a casual laborer on people’s farmers in order to raise money to feed the big family, which most times she does not get payment on time and children sleep hungry. Support Ayot to acquire handcraft skills training in order to be able to support her children and siblings.

Meet Apwoyocan Prisca, last born from the family of nine (9) children in Kal village, Toro parish, and Amuru district. Since the demise of her father, Apwoyocan has been hopping from one family to another in search of a job to help her support her education. Other than baby-sitting, washing utensils in hotels and ploughing land, Prisca hawks food, which has helped her raise school fees, however this has become risky  because she always fallen prey to men who have wanted to take advantage of her vulnerability. Akena Oscar Rozarus aged 16 years and a drop out  of senior one class because the grandmother could not afford to take continue paying his school fees  and his under the care  of by his grandmother who lives in Olony village, Anaka Town Council.
