I Otema Moses Oran is an International Development Professional with more than a decade of professional work experience in humanitarian and post-conflict development settings. I am a self-motivated, hard-working person with proven abilities to own initiative as part of a team and am willing to learn. I have strong experiences in creatively conducting psychosocial support sessions with children, youth on life skills using training and facilitation approaches for the project, humanitarian program delivery, hands-on experiences in community empowerment programming, research, mental health and integrated livelihood and empowerment program to mention but a few. Am also a good manager with good people management and leadership skills, effective communication, and team-building abilities.
